I've been living with fibroids, painful periods and severe bleeding that would last 10 days or more. I typically have heavy cramps due to fibroids, but I’ve noticed since taking this supplement, my cramps are no where near as bad. I also recently had a checkup and my fibroids are the same size as they were in 2021- which means they are shrinking!!! I am on my second bottle and will keep this in rotation. I'm on month 4 of using MHF. I started taking this because my period was ruining my life. Every month was an extreme emotional roller-coaster all surrounding my cycle. The difference this has made has been profound! Every week prior to my period life became an absolute emotional downfall. Since taking MHF every cycle it gets better. I now don't have that horrible down swing 1 week prior, it is mild and manageable. I still have pretty intense cramping. However, I have large fibroids I'm trying to shrink. So it will take time.
