My cycle was a monthly battlefield. My Happy Flo really came in and changed everything. The period flow is lighter, the blood is brighter, less clots, little to no cramps. It is pretty incredible. Now my period is a bit inconsistent, but that is likely due to my fibroid. I'm going to continue to take the supplements and check in with a doctor soon about my fibroid.
