so far so good. i have very large fibroids (multiple that are each 7cm or larger) and i want to shrink them naturally. i came across a person’s testimonial here some time ago who was able to shrink her fibroids with this supplement and a diet change. i’m only 30 days in, & i started on my cycle - my second cycle is just beginning. i did notice a difference in my energy levels, but not sure yet about cycle changes because there hasn’t been enough time passed. i’ll come back after 90 days with a more thorough review.

I’ve seen a slight improvement with my moods and the duration of my period seems to have decreased by a day. This is my first month taking these so I decided to give it more time. I just ordered a 60-day supply and look forward to seeing what happens next!

I live with PCOS. If you don't know what it is it's brutal. It messes with you weight and you blood sugar. It also stopped me from having one more baby. It also brings pain and heavy cycles. So far it’s seems to be going good. This was the first time that my period came beyond the 16 day cycle. Also, my period seemed a little lighter. Still having blood clots but maybe not as many. I am optimistic.

My cycle was a monthly battlefield. My Happy Flo really came in and changed everything. The period flow is lighter, the blood is brighter, less clots, little to no cramps. It is pretty incredible. Now my period is a bit inconsistent, but that is likely due to my fibroid. I'm going to continue to take the supplements and check in with a doctor soon about my fibroid.
