I've been living with fibroids, painful periods and severe bleeding that would last 10 days or more. I typically have heavy cramps due to fibroids, but I’ve noticed since taking this supplement, my cramps are no where near as bad. I also recently had a checkup and my fibroids are the same size as they were in 2021- which means they are shrinking!!! I am on my second bottle and will keep this in rotation. Thank you to the creator (s) of a supplement that is actually helpful and not a money grab.
I'm on month 4 of using MHF. I started taking this because my period was ruining my life. Every month was an extreme emotional roller-coaster all surrounding my cycle. The difference this has made has been profound! Every week prior to my period life became an absolute emotional downfall. Since taking MHF every cycle it gets better. I now don't have that horrible down swing 1 week prior, it is mild and manageable. I still have pretty intense cramping. However, I have large fibroids I'm trying to shrink. So it will take time. MHF is a non negotiable daily supplement that I am consistent with because it works. I'm almost never consistent. If this resonates with you...please try it. I can't imagine continuing how I was.

MHF, was recommended by GlamPeerzy from YouTube, that I follow. Due to multiple fibroids and heavy bleeding that I experiencing. Also been put on birth control pills by my physician. I have been on MHF for about a month now. At first MHF made me feel nauseous😵. I stopped taking the regular vitamins that I was taking along with the MHF. The bad feelings went away. My menstrual cycle came on I didn't see any major changes. I felt like my cycle actually was on a little bit longer. I had to continue with my birth control pills 💊. I am definitely trying to get off. From what I read, stating that MHF takes about 3 months to see changes. I will continue to try MHF for the 2 more months. Still debating if I should stop taking the birth control 🤔 pills 💊. I am also on a healthy diet and exercise 6 days a week. I will see how it goes. I have a fibroid. periods was low and my iron was low i start taking my happy flow and my periods are not that long and heavy.also breast cancer runs inthe family so when i learned that we have to regulate are harmones to stay healthy i was happy that i found myhappflo..thanku god bless

I have recently been experiencing challenges with my cycle where it now comes every three months , last for longer than 5 days with a very heavy flow. The first month I took My Happy Flo my cycle did not come. I came off for a while to see if it will come. It eventually came, when it did I started back taking the supplement to help with the flow. I must say my flow improved somewhat. It was still a bit heavy at times but not as heavy from before. I did however experienced headaches when I took them the second time however I'm not experiencing it anymore. I am continuing taking it and will provide a further update when I complete the second bottle.
This product has transformed my monthly period from an experiencing lost time at school, having to go home early from work and staying close to the bathroom with nausea, into a smooth experience. I bought this because the reviews were of many success stories and I am so glad other women found relief. Unfortunately, for me it just added to my struggles by causing nausea and body aches which does happen for me with iron and vitamin D supplements. I still think this is an amazing product for those who have bodies that tolerate vitamins in high quantities. I just need to find a different route.
I am so happy that found these vitamins on Instagram. I had been having menstrual regulation issues ever since I received covid vaccination a few years back. I previously tried other natural vitamins to regulate but still had very painful periods. I started using these in early 2025 and I have noticed a difference in managing my pain and lessening my flow. My period is more regulated as well. I had a shipping issue last month but they corrected it immediately and sent me an awesome pill organizer (THANK YOU!) I love these vitamins and will continue taking them religiously!
As someone who has had a lot of issues with my cycle and symptoms associated with it… It works. I have fibroids and PCOS so I’ve used a lot of supplements prior to MHF. This one is definitely one of my favorites. I would definitely recommend but keep in mind different things work for different people.The only reason why I haven’t given five stars is because my last bottle was missing a pill.
