Been using this product for over a year and it has Definitely helped with PMS symptoms. I don’t have to deal with horrible mood swings, headaches, bloating, gas, and the other stuff I used to deal with the week leading up to my period. Unfortunately I still have to take medicine for my cramps, although they’re not as bad as it used to be.
