If you miss a day or two, start My Happy Flo again whenever you remember with the recommended 2 pills daily dose. We do not advise “doubling up” or taking more than one daily serving.

We suggest double and triple checking that your shipping address is correct while placing an order as we will not be able to replace or refund bottles that are sent to the wrong address due to user error. We also suggest adding route package protection to your order during checkout to make sure your shipment is secured as packages get lost in transit from time to time.

We pride ourselves on shipping out orders within 12-24 hours if placed during normal business hours, however we can not control what happens after we hand it off to postal carriers. We suggest adding Corso Happy Package Protection to your order during check out as Corso's concierge will reimburse lost packages in most cases.

Customer satisfaction is so important to us and we do honor a 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with MHF after trying them for 2 menstrual cycles, we will refund you. Refunds need to be requested within 60 days of your initial order and the product sent back to the warehouse.

My Happy Flo contains a healthy dose of many nutrients and it is recommended to take with a meal and at least 8-10oz of water. Dark colored pee could be a sign of dehydration. Get that emotional support cup and stay hydrated, Queen! If it persists after you up your water intake, we suggest downsizing to one capsule or discontinuing use and consulting with a healthcare professional.

My Happy Flo may naturally increases your bowel movements as the magnesium and fiber in the flaxseed powder both work together to help the body with detoxification of toxins and excess estrogen. If you find that you are going to the restroom too much or experiencing diarrhea, we recommend reducing your daily dosage to 1 capsule.
