Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 12-24 hours on week days and 1-2 business days when placed on weekends. 
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Returns Policy

Return Window

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Visit our returns portal and fill out the return form, stating the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers will obtain a QR code through our returns portal that they can take to the post office for a returns label. Returns shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [2-3] business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund will include the cost of the item and any applicable taxes.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will have you fill out a defective product form for our records. 
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
