I was diagnosed with fibroids and would have debilitating cramps and would even bleed through pads and clothes while on the job. I am 51 and still having my periods. There is not a time that I can remember when I have never had severe cramps or any type of discomfort at all. Well.... today is that time. I have been taking my Happy Flow for almost a month now and I feel great. My menstrual started yesterday and no discomfort whatsoever. I couldn't even tell that I was about to start. I have fibroids and they started getting larger to the point where my abdomen was bloated and it looked like I was pregnant. I can now tell that my fibroids have shrunk some because it doesn't feel like I'm carrying around a small boulder. Thank you my Happy Flow, this deserves some type of award!

Perimenopausal relief!
Truly life changing… but I was skeptical at first! The past few years have been awful period-wise as I entered perimenopause. Super heavy (we’re talking bleeding through Ultra sized tampons while also wearing a pad multiple days in a row), frequent clots, dizziness/nausea, bloating, visual migraines, ragey PMS, etc. I stumbled upon MHF via a comment on instagram and wanted to test it out since I refused to go back on hormonal birth control. Within the first 2 weeks, my period came and was already easier to manage. By my next period, it was night and day! I’ll have an occasional heavier day with a few tiny clots, but I can make do with a Super+ tampon only. The rest of the 5 days are much lighter, pain-free, regular, and my other PMS symptoms are greatly reduced. I love MHF and the ingredients. I’ve been taking these supplements for about 7 months now. I love taking these pills they have really made a difference in my life. The pills don’t have a weird taste and they’re really easy to take. I definitely will be continuing to take these.
