So I just started on my 2nd bottle of MHF and I can honestly say that I've noticed a difference in my cycle! I've been suffering with extremely heavy periods due to some pesky fibroids. My flow has been so out of control that I came very close to needing a blood transfusion a couple of months ago and the side effects of chronic anemia have been horrific! I was hopeful that MHF would be an impactful alternative to the myomectomy and hormone pills my OBGYN keeps pushing. And so far- it has been! This week I've experienced a lighter period! It's still heavy, but not I gotta wear diapers extremely heavy. There's a noticeable difference and relief. I'm very grateful and very hopeful. Can't wait to see how next month's flow goes. I've been using my happy flo for about 2 months now and have had 2 periods while on this supplement. So far my periods are very noticeably improving. At one point before my happy flo, I had a period that lasted about 7 weeks.....but my last period lasted about 9 days which is a big improvement. I'm hoping that the improvements continue and that eventually my periods will normalize.
