I'm pretty happy with My Happy Flo. I am currently on my 5th bottle, and my last cycle, I had significantly less clotting. That is a super win for me. I was diagnosed with Fibroids in June 2025. The fibroids are not large enough for surgery so my doctors tell me. However my periods were so bad it literally affected my life. I would have to take days off of work and cancel plans due to the pain and extremely heavy flow. Fast forward after months of reach I finally decided to give this product a try. I have been taking these since January. I have been having “regular” periods, my cramps went from a 10 to 2 as far as pain. My flow is lighter and I feel like a “normal” woman again! It’s been about 4 months on these vitamins and I’m glad I found them! I found out I had PCOS and I’ve been trying some things on my own. Progesterone support seemed to be my issue, but my cycle has regulated and I’m finally losing weight again! :) I have also been making changes on my own but I’ve done it before with no results so I’m excited to see the future.

Game changer. Started taking happy flo about 3 years ago and it is an integral part of my journey to pain free periods. I made the mistake of missing out for about a month and, yes, I felt the difference. Cramping was bad. Got back on and immediately noticed pain free period the following month.
