Couple of months ago, my cramps and flow were absolutely terrible. Plus my anemia is due partially to my heavy cycle. However, with these supplements which are now like medicine because they are so important to my overall health. I've been on them for a month and I see a great results, the only thing is it turns my urine a lite red/ peach color and stains my underwear.

I am taking my happy flo to help minimize my painful periods and help shrink my uterine fibroid. I am incorporating exercise and plant based eating and this supplement because of the amazing ingredients. I have not found anything else like this on the market it saves me from buying 5 different supplements. I have only been taking for a month but I can say my last period was really good no pain or cramps and 4 days light bleeding vs heavy bleeding and cramping how they have been earlier this year.
I must say my energy levels are better and not seen results of heavy bleeding yet, so will continue for another 3 months and see what happens
I am grateful to God for My Happy Flo. I no longer felt a heaviness in my pelvic area as long as I stuck with taking the Period Relief Vitamins. I also noticed a decrease of pain in my pelvic and lower back areas as well as a better mood, more energy, and fewer hot flashes. Also, I am postmenopausal & had missed my period two months prior to taking the vitamins and ended up with appeared to be a heavy cycle, but I believe it was the vitamins ridding me of inflammation. Since then I haven't had another period. I've only used the relief vitamins for one month, and once I ran out of them, I noticed the pain again. I have been using MyHappyFlo pretty much since it was introduced. I would suffer from internal and external cysts prior to taking MyHappyFlo. About a month into taking the pills, I no longer was suffering from cysts. Then, my skin cleared up along with having less and less cramps the more I took the pills. I can still get a bit on the moody side, but overall, my period is regular and the symptoms are manageable and less severe than ever. I've officially finished my 60 day supply of My Happy Flo, and I will definitely be repurchasing! My PMS symptoms are pretty much non existent. I usually know when I'm about to get my period because i'm extremely irritable and I would get pre cramps. I no longer feel my period coming.
