Today I was reflecting on how I feel like I’m back inside my body. I’m back to actually feeling grounded in my body again…I’ve missed her. Since discovering my fibroids, I was never on the same page with my body. Now I welcome my menstrual cycle and barley know when she is arriving. My flow has decreased so much that I’m surprised when I wake up after a full night without any stain.

I did not post a review earlier because I didnt really notice any changes in my first 2 cycles on my happy flo. I had the usual heavy flow with large blood clots. I am now in the 3rd month on my happy flo and I can now say my flow is truly a happy one. I can hardly feel any cramps, and the bleeding is minimal, not even a single blot clot so far. I think my body was just taking it's sweet time to adjust to the new supplements. Thanks to my happy flo, my life is getting back on track. Endo and Fibroid symptoms have become more manageable. I would definitely recommend 🥰
